Tracking FAQs
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your AWB (Air Waybill) or tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you after your order is dispatched. Search your inbox for an email from us with the subject "Your order has been shipped". If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) usually receive within 3–5 days. Remote areas may take up to 7–10 days. You will receive real-time updates via SMS and email.
My tracking number shows no updates — what do I do?
It can take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active on the courier's system. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Will I know when my order is out for delivery?
Yes! Our courier partners send an SMS and/or WhatsApp notification on the morning of delivery. You can also check the live status anytime using the tracking tool above.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel is with our courier, we are unable to redirect it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to update your address.
